So, these don't really have peanut butter in them, but they have peanuts, so same thing right? My kids still call them Peanut Butter Balls, so we're sticking with it.
We've melded together about 6 different recipes we've tried over the years to get an easy, kid friendly, not too complicated, recipe.
1 c peanuts (we use dry roasted, lightly salted)
2 oz unsweetened 100% cacao chocolate
1/2 scoop Chocolate protein powder
1/2 c dates
1/8 c coconut oil (liquid, toss in the microwave for a few seconds if needed)
