Shipping & Returns


Can I return/exchange a shirt if it doesn't fit?
Everything that is made to order is final sale
, (it will state in the product description if the item is made-to-order) with the exception of damaged goods. We are, however, here to assist you in any way possible before you place your order to ensure you get the right size. Reach out via the contacts page if you need assistance. Only non-made to order items can be exchanged for a different size.

Sale Items are final sale.

In the case of damaged or incorrect items received, items will be replaced if we are informed within 30 days of purchase. All other discrepancy claims must be made within 10 days of delivery of goods.

For items eligible for returns, they must be received back within 30 days. Shipping cost will not be credited and SMDS is not responsible for returns lost in transit. 

 

Order Timing
All apparel (t-shirts, sweatshirts, etc.) that is made to order takes about 2-7 business days to create and non-apparel (mugs, phone cases, etc.) takes 2-5 business days for production.

Non-made to order items (performance apparel, marathoner sweatshirts, etc) usually ships within five days.

Custom marathon prints take an average of 5-10 days to produce. 

Please allow 10 days for jewelry creation.

Shipping time should be added on top of all these estimates, speed depends on product type and destination. If you're looking for an item to be delivered faster than USPS standard deliver, please reach out.

U.S. shipping ranges from 2 - 8 business days depending on destination, while international orders take 10 - 20 business days. 

 

International Orders
We do ship internationally! However, international orders are subject to import duties and taxes that are the recipients responsibility. You can check with your countries customs office to determine what these additional costs will be.  

International order take 10 - 20 business days for delivery.

If you refuse a shipment from SMDS, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges, any import duties, fees and/or taxes incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package. This amount will be deducted from your refund. 

 

Shipping Issues
SMDS is not responsible for items sent to the incorrect address or undeliverable items. Please check the shipping address closely before placing your orders. 

In case of returns, the customer is responsible for shipping. SMDS is not responsible for items lost in transit.
